Deployment of a tide gauge at a site in Kinvara (53° 8.4312' N, -9° 3.7452' W) on 02/11/2008. The purpose of this activity is as part of the Irish National Tide Gauge Network which provides real-time data and freely available tidal predictions to operational activities (flood forecasting and monitoring) supporting research, recreational and navigation activities.
