Deployment of a tide gauge at a site in Galway Port 2 (53° 16.1556' N, -10° 57.1254' W) on 26/02/2024. The purpose of this activity is as part of the Irish National Tide Gauge Network which provides real-time data and freely available tidal predictions to operational activities (flood forecasting and monitoring) supporting research, recreational and navigation activities.
