National Barrier Mitigation Programme Data

<p>Inland Fisheries Ireland’s National Barrier Mitigation Programme (NBMP) is working to reconnect Ireland’s rivers by mitigating and removing man-made barriers that impact fish migration, water quality, biodiversity, and hydromorphology.</p><p>The National Barrier Mitigation Programme Dataset has been designed to track the status of barrier mitigation projects across Ireland, which could be managed directly by the NBMP or in collaboration with other agencies, and to present this information to the public.</p><p>The dataset contains information such as project activity; completion, and status, as well as barrier size and type. The dataset is fully georeferenced in ITM and integrated with the EPA/WFD reference system.</p><p>The National Barrier Mitigation Programme Dataset will be frequently updated and will be made available on <a href="https://opendata-ifigeo.hub.arcgis.com/">IFI's Open Data Portal</a>. </p><p><a href="https://services-eu1.arcgis.com/tnPmSZbB6GEKJjh8/ArcGIS/rest/services/National%20Barrier%20Mitigation%20Programme%20Data/FeatureServer/0?f=pjson">REST (JSON)</a></p>
