This can cause rodents to come and spread infections and diseases. Rubbish/Trash along our roads can serve as a breeding ground for insects and rodents. Litter can be composed of flammable materials that could immediately start a fire. Rubbish/Trash on our roads and highways can lead to accidents and distractions to motorists. This is against the Law under the Litter Act 1997</span></p>
