<div style='text-align:Left;'><p>These areas are created under Section 10(2)(g) of the
Planning and Development Acts, as amended. This allows for groups of buildings, streets, villages,
small towns and larger areas to be designated as Architectural Conservation Areas. Within the County
Development Plan, a number of policies apply. This dataset is a polygon dataset
where the boundary of the polygon is the boundary within which the policies and
objectives of the Development Plan apply to the ACA.</p><p></p></div>
